Shipping Information

All orders can be delivered to valid residential and business addresses within Australia, including PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.

Shipping costs depend on how many items you're ordering and where the order is being shipped to. Please progress through the checkout and enter your address to be given an accurate price.

We take pre-orders for some of our Christmas Ornaments, so be sure to check the expected fulfilment dates on our Ornaments in the product description. If there is no date advised, it means it ships right away.

Anticipated Arrival Times

You should expect to receive your order 2 to 6 business days after your order date, depending on your distance from Melbourne. We will send you an email when your order has been sent.

We always endeavour to reduce this timeframe as much as possible, but please note that there can sometimes be unexpected issues, such as harsh weather conditions, courier network overload and other issues, which can cause delays.

Depending on what you order, we may send more than one parcel, meaning parts of your order may arrive separately.

    International shipping outside of Australia is not currently available.

    Returns & Refunds

    We accept change-of-mind returns on all purchases, excluding sale and clearance items. Your request to return your order must be sent to the email address below within 31 days of receiving your order.

    If the items in your order are faulty or were damaged during shipping, please contact us to organise a replacement or refund.
