Shipping Information

We deliver to residential and business addresses across Australia, including PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. Shipping is also available to New Zealand.

Shipping costs vary based on your order size and delivery location. Enter your address at checkout for an exact quote.

Some Christmas Ornaments are available for pre-order. Check the product description for fulfilment dates — if no date is listed, the item ships immediately.



Anticipated Arrival Times

Orders are typically delivered within 2–6 business days of purchase, depending on your distance from Melbourne. You’ll receive an email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

We work hard to keep delivery times as short as possible. However, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as severe weather or courier network disruptions.

Some orders may be shipped in multiple parcels, so items could arrive separately.

Shipping to New Zealand is available and usually takes 7–12 business days.
At this time, we do not offer shipping to other international destinations.


Returns & Refunds

We accept change-of-mind returns on all purchases, excluding sale and clearance items. Your request to return your order must be sent to the email address below within 31 days of receiving your order.

If the items in your order are faulty or were damaged during shipping, please contact us to organise a replacement or refund.
