The Hallmark Instant Prize promotion starts on 00:01 01/10/2024 and ends 23:59 31/01/2025 (Sydney time). 

1. At participating Hallmark stockists, when you purchase a Hallmark product, you may be given the opportunity to participate in a game of chance to win a Hallmark prize.
2. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to participate at the time of purchase. Winners will be notified immediately at the time of purchase and must claim their prize on the spot.
3. Unclaimed prizes cannot be claimed at a later date or time.
4. Prizes cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or credit.
5. Prizes are subject to change or discontinuation at any time without prior notice.
6. Neither Hallmark or the participating Hallmark stockist will not be liable for any technical errors, out-of-stock issues, or unforeseen circumstances that prevent participation in the promotion.
7. Hallmark is not collecting any Personal Information as part of Hallmark Instant Prize promotion. 
8. The promotion is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over.
